Recommendations for paper’s presentation

Oral:

The presentation will be of 15 minutes and there will be 5 minutes for discussion and questions. There is not a template for the slides. The authors have autonomy for making slides in the manner they deem most appropriate.

Poster:

By limiting the exhibition area, the poster should not exceed the following measures:

Maximum width of 90 cm

Maximum height of 120 cm

There is not a template for the poster. The authors have the autonomy for making the poster of the manner they deem most appropriate. The organizing committee strongly recommends that posters do not exceed 90 cm × 120 cm.

As in previous editions of EBA, in this edition there will be only the submission of the full papers in a single step (there will not be, therefore, the submission of the preliminary abstract). Papers will be evaluated by members of the scientific committee of EBA and, thus, may be accepted without corrections, accepted with corrections or rejected. Papers may also be recommended for publication in special journal issues after the event. Additional Information:

  • To all authors, the paper may be written in Portuguese, Spanish or English. However, the scientific committee suggests that the papers be written preferentially in English.

  • The full paper should have a minimum of four (04) and a maximum of eight (08) pages. It is strongly recommended to write the paper using the template file.

  • Graduate students may submit one (1) paper, graduate students may submit up to two (2) papers and professors / other participants may submit up to three (3) papers.

  • For submission of paper will be necessary to inform the protocol number obtained after the registration (see [here]). The payment of the bill can be made at any time up to the date of the event, according to the [table of values] . However, for the full paper be published in the electronic book, at least one author must pay the registration fee until the date of preparation of this e-book (April 10th, 2014).
